1. What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file a site stores in your browser. Similar technologies, including local storage, pixels, and software development kits, work the same way for our purposes, and everything in this policy applies to them too.

Cookies set by gomega.ai are first-party cookies. Cookies set by the providers listed below, when you load a page that includes their scripts, are third-party cookies.

2. Why we use them

• Strictly necessary: keeping the site working, remembering your cookie choice, and protecting forms from automated abuse. These cannot be switched off.

• Analytics: understanding which pages are visited and where visitors struggle, so we can improve the site.

• Advertising and attribution: measuring which campaigns bring people to gomega.ai, and building audiences for advertising.

3. The providers we use

The categories above are delivered by the following providers. Each sets its own cookies and is governed by its own privacy policy.

• Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics: analytics and tag delivery.

• PostHog: product analytics and funnel measurement.

• Vercel Analytics: aggregate page-view counts. Cookieless, and it does not identify you.

• Meta (Facebook) Pixel: advertising measurement and audiences.

• TikTok Pixel: advertising measurement and audiences.

• Northbeam: marketing attribution.

• LeadPipe: identifying business visitors for sales follow-up.

• HubSpot: our customer relationship platform, which records how you interact with us so we can respond to enquiries and manage bookings.

• The MEGA optimizer: our own script, which records form interactions so an enquiry is not lost if a form is abandoned.

4. Your choices

Cookies fall into two groups. Some load on every visit: those needed to run the site, and our customer relationship platform, which also enables advertising and measurement pixels from Google, LinkedIn and Meta. The rest, listed as analytics and advertising above, are optional. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the optional group is not loaded until you accept it, and a notice asks you when you arrive. Everywhere else it loads when you arrive and you may opt out at any time. Wherever you are, the controls at the end of this page accept or decline the optional group, and change a choice you already made. They are linked as Your Privacy Choices in the footer of every page.

You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may stop parts of the site working as intended.

Because we treat your choice as stored in your browser, it applies to that browser and device only. Clearing your browser data clears the choice, and the optional group returns to the default for where you are.

We will update this policy when the technologies we use change. The date above shows when it was last revised.
