About Mega
Mega is building the AI-powered growth engine to help the trillion dollar SMB market grow faster. We're a 20-person team across engineering, product, sales, and ops and backed by a16z, Goodwater, Kearny Jackson, Valor Equity and Atreides. We’re growing revenue extremely fast and looking to scale the team.
The Role
We’re hiring salespeople to help us build and scale a repeatable, high-velocity sales motion. This is not a “read the script and smile” job. You’ll be selling a real product with real ROI to real businesses and shaping how we sell it. You’ll own deals end-to-end, work closely with growth, product, and ops, and help turn early traction into a machine.
You will
Own the full sales cycle: discovery → demo → close
Sell to SMBs spending ~$50k–$1M/year on marketing
Run high-quality discovery calls and demos
Close deals weekly; velocity matters
Actively shape messaging, pricing, and positioning based on what you see in the field
Use AI daily to research accounts, prep calls, follow up, and move faster
Work directly with leadership
What Success Looks Like
Within your first year, you’ll be a top-performing seller who deeply understands MEGA’s ideal customer, messaging, and buying triggers. You’ll consistently qualify, and close high-quality deals, drive meaningful revenue growth, and influence how we sell by feeding real-world insights back into product and go-to-market strategy.
You Might Be a Fit If You:
Are competitive, self-directed, and hate being micromanaged
Have sold SaaS, services, or high-ticket products before (SMB experience is a plus)
Care more about closing and learning than titles
Use AI tools already (or are excited to)
