About the role
Run a 200-customer business inside Mega. Own the relationships, build fixes with AI tools, and earn your way onto the product team.
As a Product Growth Manager, you own a book of around 200 customers. You're their main human point of contact, the person who solves their problems, and the person who helps them get value from everything Mega offers. Half your time is with customers. The other half is solving problems, sometimes with our product team and often by building the solution yourself with tools like Claude Code and Codex.
The problems here are usually new. Often, it's the first time anyone at Mega has dealt with them. We want people who think in systems, get to the root of a problem, and fix it so it doesn't come back.
This role is also how we build our product team. Our founders were the first PGMs: they worked with customers, built the product, and solved problems before anyone else was hired. As we launch new agents, PGMs are the people we'll turn to to build and launch them.
What you'll do
1. Be the customer's main point of contact
Own a book of around 200 customers and be their go-to human at Mega from the moment they sign
Learn their businesses well enough to spot problems before they raise them
Run regular check-ins and keep customers confident in the product and the relationship
Keep customers close from day one
2. Solve customer problems, often yourself
Take problems all the way to the root and build fixes that last
Build solutions directly with AI coding tools. If a customer needs a new dashboard metric, you can build it
Work with the product team when a problem needs a bigger fix
Figure out problems no one at Mega has seen before
3. Find the patterns across your book
Spot recurring issues and needs across your customers
Turn those patterns into solutions that help many customers at once
Feed what you see directly into Mega's product roadmap
4. Grow your accounts
Help customers adopt Mega's full suite of products
Own net revenue retention for your book: keep customers, grow accounts, and prove value
Earn expansion by solving real customer problems
5. Automate your own job
Automate repetitive, low-value work
Keep reducing manual work across your book so you can spend time where it matters
Help shape how Mega's customer function scales with AI
6. Build toward product
Contribute to the product as part of your day-to-day work
Be first in line to build and launch new agents
Build toward a full-time role in product and engineering over time
Must-haves
A sharp mind and the ability to learn fast and figure things out without a playbook
Systems and first-principles thinking: you get to the root of problems
A strong work ethic and a willingness to do the demanding, customer-facing work
Comfort owning a lot at once and prioritizing well
Clear communication and the ability to build trust with customers quickly
A real desire to move into product over time
